Comprehensive guidelines covering all aspects of participation in the Bharatham-10000 event.
- By registering and/or participating in Bharatham-10000, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
- Terms may be updated or modified by the organizers at any time
- Participants must be at least 8 years old
- Minors must submit a signed parental/guardian consent form
- Participants must be physically fit to engage in dance activity unless accommodations are declared and approved
- All participants must pre-register via the official registration form or portal
- Proof of identity may be required during check-in
- Registration is non-transferable
- Participants may be asked to sign a Bharatham-10000 Participant Release Form
- Registration fees are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation
- The event welcomes individuals of all physical abilities
- Modifications to choreography are permitted for differently-abled participants
- Assistive devices (wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, etc.) are allowed but must not interfere with others
- Guardians must inform organizers of any special needs
- A support person or guardian must accompany each differently-abled minor unless otherwise arranged
- Media and photography use for these participants will require explicit guardian approval
- The choreography must be performed precisely as approved
- Failure to follow instructions or leaving the formation early may lead to disqualification
- The final count of record participants is subject to Guinness World Records verification and approval
- All participants must be present at the time of official attendance marking
- Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the record attempt
- Any participant leaving early will not be counted
- Participants must show respect to fellow dancers, staff, and officials
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or unsafe actions will lead to immediate removal
- Devices must be kept on silent mode during the event
- Zero tolerance for misconduct, harassment, or substance use
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines from event personnel
- Comply with venue rules and regulations
- All medical conditions or special accessibility needs must be communicated during registration
- First aid and emergency medical personnel will be on-site
- Participants must ensure they are physically capable of safely participating
- Emergency contact information must be provided and kept updated
- Participants with health conditions must have medical clearance if required
- The organizers are not liable for medical emergencies or health issues
- The event will be documented through photo and video
- By participating, you consent to your image being used for promotions, unless you opt out in writing
- Guardians must sign a separate release for minors or differently-abled participants
- Media content may be used for educational, promotional, and historical purposes
- Participants may request removal of their images within 30 days of the event
- Commercial use of participant images requires separate consent
- The event may be canceled, delayed, or rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns
- Organizers are not responsible for personal expenses related to travel, accommodation, or time
- Participation does not guarantee inclusion in the final Guinness World Record result
- Only those who meet all conditions and complete the full routine will be counted
- Certificates (if any) will only be issued post-confirmation by Guinness World Records
- Organizers are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damages arising from participation
Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for event coordination and official verification. No data will be sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for the event.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through the official website.
