Registration Requirements
All vendors must meet these requirements to provide services at the event
Must register and sign the Vendor Agreement framed by bharatham15000
Non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,000 is applicable
All registrations must be completed on or before the specified date
Must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by bharatham15000

Catering services, refreshment stalls, and food court operators
Sound systems, lighting, stage equipment, and technical gear
Event decoration, stage setup, and venue arrangement services
Participant transport, logistics, and vehicle rental services
Event security, crowd management, and safety coordination
Event photography, videography, and media coverage services
Penalty Structure
Consequences for non-compliance with vendor registration requirements
Failure to Register
Rs. 5,00,000 penalty + No service permission
