By registering for and participating in Bharatham 10000, all participants, institutions, and organizations agree to the following:
- All participants must be officially registered through the approved process.
- Choreography, music, costumes, and performance guidelines provided by the organizers must be strictly followed.
- Only individuals physically and medically fit should participate.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the code of conduct or guidelines.
- Participants must attend all mandatory practices and submit required video recordings if requested.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect (such as name, school/institution name, phone number, email, and photographs) will be used strictly for event-related purposes:

All training materials (videos, choreography steps, music, costume guidelines) are the intellectual property of Bharatham10000 and are shared only with registered participants. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Participants are expected to:

- • Follow instructions and maintain discipline
- • Avoid any disruptive behavior
In case of unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, public safety concerns, or any situation beyond the control of the organizers, the event may be rescheduled, modified, or canceled.
